We collect less because we can.

SkillRoute collects information you choose to submit, such as your newsletter email, and limited operational information used to keep the service reliable and understand whether our work is useful.

Chrome extension

When you open the extension on a supported learning site, it reads that active page’s public course title, description, URL, provider, displayed price signal and level signal to prepare a comparison. It does not collect your general browsing history. Course details are interpreted locally and are not sent to SkillRoute. Saved courses stay in Chrome local storage and can be removed from the extension. The current Web Store build does not collect extension usage analytics.

Audience measurement

Website analytics are off by default. If you allow them, SkillRoute uses its first-party analytics endpoint and Google Analytics to measure page views, engagement, newsletter signups and outbound clicks. Google may receive device, browser and approximate location information under Google’s privacy policy. SkillRoute does not intentionally send page contents or form entries to analytics.

Newsletter

We use your email only to send the updates you requested and related service notices. We do not sell it. Every newsletter must contain an unsubscribe link; you can also remove your address through our unsubscribe page or request deletion at support@feeditymedia.com.

Affiliate links

Commercial links are labelled. A provider or affiliate network may set its own cookies after you follow a link. Its privacy policy then applies. Commercial relationships do not determine our rankings.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of information associated with your email. SkillRoute is a Digisigma publishing asset operated under the Feedity Media umbrella. Contact support@feeditymedia.com for privacy or operator enquiries.
