A project to build before buying another course
Plan a small internal knowledge-base launch. Define the audience and acceptance criteria, identify who supplies content, schedule the dependencies and show how you would handle a delayed approval without hiding the impact.
What to publish
- A one-page charter with scope, exclusions and acceptance criteria.
- A dependency-based schedule and a short risk register.
- A status update and change log explaining one decision and its consequences.
How to review your own work
Can a stakeholder tell what is out of scope? Does the schedule depend on real approvals? Are your risks paired with owners and actions?
Ask a colleague to read the finished work without your explanation. Record which parts they cannot reproduce or understand. Fix those before adding more tools or certificates. Do not publish private employer data or personal information.
